Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any deposit you provide to reserve an order of casks is fully refundable. Refunds are issued on a no-questions-asked, no quibble basis. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a refund. The deposit will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please note that any refund may take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.

Once a contract has been signed between you and Whiskey & Wealth Club Limited and payment has made in full, casks be alloated to you. From this point onwards your order is not refundable. However, we would be happy to support you through the process of selling your casks in the event that you decided to do so.
