Bevan Norris

Bevan joined the Whisky Wealth Club in May 2023 and is experienced in working in a sales environment. He previously worked in marketing in Cape Town before moving into the professional services sector in London. Since joining the Whisky Wealth club, he has drawn on his growing experience of understanding the companies’ customers and meeting their unique requirements.

At the start of his career, he was a deckhand travelling across 28 countries. Bevan’s primary duties consisted of maintaining the exterior of a large vessel. His passion for the ocean and travel led him to a sales position at the Yacht Week where he sold and promoted the “original floating festival” adventures. Before moving to Europe, Bevan managed a team of ten individuals where he brought innovation and a “future focus” to one of the most prominent wineries in Stellenbosch. He was responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery to improve customer experience and refine processes.

Bevan is a naturalist, and a personal victory was kayaking up the Orange River in Namibia. On Sunday he can usually be found having a friendly game of golf. In recent months he’s adopted British culture and enjoys the perfect blend of wine accompanied with a delicious roast beef rib-eye.
