Molly Laycock

Before joining WWC, Molly spent 3 years in recruitment, placing actuaries and CFA’s into the Life Insurance and Investment industry. She is excited to be part of Whiskey & Wealth Club as an HR Assistant, bringing her passion for supporting people and fostering a positive workplace environment. Having grown up around the world, she has developed a strong sense of adaptability and enjoys working with diverse teams. She looks forward to contributing to the team’s growth and development while gaining valuable experience in the industry.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys cold water swimming and taking part in triathlons, finding both activities a great way to challenge herself and stay active.
