Oliver has spent most of his career in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Having trained as a Sommelier since the age of nineteen, he has worked in many Michelin-starred restaurants across London and has spent time in South Africa as well. He is passionate about wine and its corresponding industry but decided it was time to test himself elsewhere.
In his free time, Oliver enjoys going to the gym, playing tennis, and following England’s cricket team around the globe. He also has an avid passion for cooking and building his wine collection.
