April Ellis

A key member of the senior management team, April honed her skills as an Operations Manager at a start-up for five years and as a Sales Manager in the luxury fitness industry. She joined Whiskey & Wealth Club as one of the very first employees, quickly moving from Sales into Compliance to build the department as the business grew. 

She was responsible for the design, development and implementation of the company’s bespoke CRM system and now manages Operations across Customer Services, HR, Administration, IT, CRM, Sales Support and Recruitment. As one of the first employees, it has been April’s responsibility to develop and implement policies and procedures across each of those departments and hire and oversee resources to manage the day-to-day.
